Zarif heading to Baku, Yerevan

Tehran (IP) - The Iranian Foreign Minister will leave Tehran to hold talks with the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia officials.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will visit the Republic of Azerbaijan tomorrow, Tuesday, May 24, and hold talks with high-ranking officials in Baku.

Consultation and exchange of views on the latest developments, bilateral relations, and the most important regional and international issues are the trip's goals.

Zarif will then travel to Armenia to hold talks with Armenian officials in Yerevan.

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh had announced the trip in his today's presser.
