Mashhad (IP) - Eid al-Fitr prayer was performed with the participation of the people of different walks of life, including pilgrims at the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi province in northeastern Iran.

Iran Press/Iran news: The Eid al-Fitr prayer was held in the holy Razavi shrine under the Imamate of Ayatollah Sayyed Ahmad Alam al-Huda, the Friday Prayer Leader of Mashhad, with the coronavirus health protocols and social distance being observed.

The leader of the Islamic Revolution office, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, announced Thursday as Eid al-Fitr.
