Qazvin (IP) - May 12 is the International Day of Nurses and this day is a reminder of the efforts of nurses and their important role in the process of treating coronavirus patients.

Iran Press/Iran news: With the outbreak of the coronavirus, the vital role of nurses has become increasingly prominent, with the "defenders of healthcare" at the forefront of the fight against coronavirus.

Nursing is one of the most difficult jobs, and due to nurses' hard work, not everyone can do it and be interested in this job.

Meanwhile, the Bu Ali Sina Educational and Medical Center nurses in Qazvin, west of Tehran, are working hard these days to fight the COVID-19 and provide services and sacrifices to coronavirus patients.

The International Nurses' Day ceremony is held every year by the International Council of Nurses to honor nurses' patient and selfless class. This day is named after the English nurse Florence Nightingale's birthday.

Florence Nightingale symbolizes the self-sacrifice of the nurses and the founder of the new nursing profession in the world.
