Iran Press/ Iran news: The statue of Martyr Lt. Gen Qasem Soleimani is installed at the beginning of Shahid Soleimani Highway, west to east, and is of interest to citizens and passers-by.
Shahid Soleimani Highway starts from Resalat Tunnel in the west and ends in Shahid Yassini Highway in Tehranpars in the east.
Lt Gen Qasem Soleimani, Late commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, former deputy commander of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Units, and their companions were martyred outside Baghdad International Airport last January on the direct order of the former US President Donald Trump.
