Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking at the 'Quds day is Islam's Day' meeting, Ibrahim Mohamed al-Dailami noted that the Yemeni people believe in the issue of Palestine and the Islamic Ummah, even though they have been suffering from being invaded for nearly seven years.
He said that Imam Khomeini (RA) called the last Friday of the blessed month of Ramadan the 'International Day of Quds,' which is the day of Islamic awakening and vigilance against plots and disputes.
The Yemeni ambassador to Tehran stated that to Yemeni people, Palestine issue and Islamic Ummah are in priority, and the Yemeni National Salvation government asked Israel to swap Israeli pilots with Palestinian prisoners, but Israel rejected it.
He expressed hope to witness the biggest anti-Israel uprising by Palestinians and Islamic Ummah.
"Your Yemeni brothers in Yemen will support you and declare their readiness to fight with Israel," he added.
"I stress that the victory is near, and I congratulate the Quds Day, and the path of resistance will be continued," Al-Dailami concluded.
