Iran Press/ Iran news: The mourning ceremony on the night of the 19th of the Holy Month of Ramadan was held with a limited number of people in attendance on Saturday night in Imam Khomeini Mosalla (praying place) in Ardabil, northwestern Iran, in full compliance with health protocols and social distancing.
The nineteenth, twenty-first and twenty-third nights of the Holy Month of Ramadan are the nights of Qadr, and Muslims seek refuge with their God by staying up, reciting the Qur'an, praying, and reciting the prayer of the Jawshan Kabir.
