Tehran (IP) - Iranian President’s chief of staff said that Turkey was always an important neighbor of Iran.

Iran Press/Iran news: At the coordination meeting of the 28th meeting of the Iran-Turkey Joint Cooperation Commission, Mahmoud Vaezi pointed to the corona pandemic, saying: “The spread of the coronavirus has created problems for all countries, including Turkey and Iran, as well as international interactions, and we should try to overcome these problems by holding such meetings and consultations.”

The head of the Iran-Turkey Joint Economic Cooperation Commission stressed the private sector’s presence in the interactionsو adding that he would make more efforts to facilitate the cooperation of the two countries' private sectors. 

Mahmoud Vaezi also pointed to the inadequacy of virtual meetings. He said the meetings of the Joint Commission in the real world could remove many small and large obstacles to the development of interactions and relations.
