Tehran (IP) - Iran Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran would not accept the lifting of sanctions just on paper.

 Iran PressIran News: Saeed Khatibzadeh, the Spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended a live interview with a group of foreign journalists from the Arab world and Western countries on the "Club House" program.

Khatibzadeh said: "There is still disagreement on significant issues, including the order of measures, the lifting of all sanctions, and the verification, but everyone in Vienna has shown enough will to make progress."

Khatibzadeh also noted the dialogue between Iranian and Saudi officials, adding: "We welcome any initiative to reduce tensions and increase cooperation in the region."

The spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed: "There has always been communication between Iran and Saudi Arabia through various channels, and this has never been completely cut off."
