Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's President Hassan Rouhani on Sunday congratulated the independence anniversary of the Republic of Zimbabwe, stressing: "I'm sure that with four decades of independence, the Zimbabweans are able to overcome the problems and the consequences of the US unilateral sanctions on the path where the Islamic Republic of Iran will spare no efforts in their assistance."
Congratulating his Zimbabwean counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa on the national independence day, Rouhani called the occasion the result of anti-colonialism and anti-racism.
Finally, Rouhani stated: "I ask God Almighty for Zimbabwean President's health and success, and for the honor of the people of the Republic of Zimbabwe."
