Baghdad (IP)- Iran's Ambassador to Iraq, continuing his consultations to expand relations with the Iraqi officials of this friendly and neighboring country, had two separate meetings with the Ministers of Justice and Communications of Iraq.

Iran PressMiddle East: During the meeting of Iraj Masjedi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iraq, with the Minister of Justice of Iraq, Salar Abdul Sattar Mohammad, they discussed various issues between the two countries and stressed the development of judicial and legal relations.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the expansion of judicial and legal cooperation between Tehran and Baghdad, the follow-up of the visit of the head of the Iranian judiciary to Iraq last year, and other issues of mutual interest.

The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iraq, Iraj Masjedi, thanked the neighboring country for its judicial cooperation in transferring Iranian prisoners and presented the invitation of the Minister of Justice of Iran, Alireza Avaei to Salar Abdul Sattar Mohammad.

The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iraq also met with the Iraqi Minister of Communications Shahab Ahmad Kazem al-Sheibani.

In this meeting, ways to expand bilateral relations in telecommunications, Internet services, communication facilities and other issues were discussed.

The Iranian official stressed the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to exchange specialized delegations and export technical and engineering services in the mentioned fields and transfer our country's experience in various fields, especially scientific achievements, to Iraq.
