Tehran (IP): Adviser to Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in a meeting with the Prime Minister of South Korea, said that Iran’s resources in South Korean banks should be released as soon as possible.

Iran PressIran News: South Korean Prime Minister Chang Sye-Kyun met with Ali Larijani, adviser to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

Welcoming the Prime Minister of South Korea, Larijani stressed the development of relations between the two countries in various fields.

Regarding Iran’s blocked money in South Korea, he added: "Our resources are in the banks of your country and your government should try to be trustworthy in this matter and release our resources as soon as possible. This issue should not have a negative effect on the relations between the two countries.”

Expressing his satisfaction with his meeting with Ali Larijani, the Prime Minister of South Korea promised to find a solution as soon as possible for the release of Iranian frozen money.

He also stressed the need to develop long-term relations between the two countries in all fields.
