Tehran (IP) - Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman announced that Iran's Foreign Minister would visit four Central Asian countries from April 5 to 8.

Iran Press/Iran News: In his Twitter account, Saeed Khatibzadeh stated that enhancing ties with Central Asia, a region of civilizational, historical and cultural commonalities, had always been among Iran's top priorities.

He announced that Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif would visit Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan from Apr 5 to 8.

He noted that the focus of this trip would be on bilateral and regional cooperation.
