Beijing (IP) - The Spokesman of China's Foreign Ministry said Iran-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Document outlined the two countries' future ties.

Iran Press/Iran News: In a Monday press conference, Zhao Lijian said the subject of the document was to use the potential of cooperation between Iran and China in the fields of economics, humanities, and other fields and to plan long-term cooperation perspectives and paths.

Zhao pointed out that the agreement would not cover specific contracts or indicators and that it would address no third party.

During a ceremony on Saturday, March 27, 2021, the Iranian and the Chinese Foreign Ministers, Mohammad Javad Zarif and Wang Yi, signed a 25-year comprehensive document on the Iran-China strategic partnership.
