Tehran (IP) - The head of Iran's presidential staff referred to negotiations with South Korea to release Iran's frozen assets, stressing that if the Koreans continue to be more noncooperative, we will use a legal procedure to obtain Iranian funds.

Iran Press/Iran newsMahmoud Vaezi said on Wednesday: "The South Korean government is responsible, and in the meetings, we have given them the necessary warnings."

The head of Iran's presidential staff also referred to the US pressures on Iran, especially the escalation of sanctions, saying: "Sanctions have been a great injustice that the Americans have done to the Iranian people."

The Central Bank of Iran has announced that $ 7 billion of Iranian money has been frozen in South Korea.

Published reports show that South Korean officials' concerns and fears that the White House have prevented them from paying

 Iranian funds.
