Iran's exports to Russia in 2020 grow by 105%

Moscow (IP) - The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia announced that Iran's exports to Russia have grown by 105%.

Iran PressEurope: The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia, Kazem Jalali mentioned the Russian market as a good capacity for the export of Iranian goods, saying: "Iran's exports to Russia have grown by 105% in 2020."

Kazem Jalali added: "As a neighbor, Iran can have its share of Russia's market by supplying some of the goods it needs."

According to Iran's ambassador to Russia, Iran's share in exports to Russia in 2019 increased by about $ 390 million and in 2020 increased by more than 100% to $ 800 million. Jalali cited the transit and the establishment of a communication line for the transfer of goods from Iran and Russia to Europe as another reason for the need to expand Iran-Russia economic relations.

The Iranian ambassador to Russia stressed that, contrary to what the West seeks to besiege Iran, the country's geopolitics is the way that cannot be surrounded or reduced.
