Tehran (IP): In a telephone conversation between the Japanese Foreign Minister and the Iranian Foreign Minister, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen friendly relations, and the latest regional and international developments, including JCPOA.

Iran Press/Iran News: The Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi, while emphasizing finding ways to expand relations between the two countries, stressed Japan's support for JCPOA and fulfillment of the commitments of all parties. 

He expressed hope that he could travel to Tehran in the near future.

Welcoming the expansion of relations and Motegi's visit to Tehran, FM Mohammad Javad Zarif stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to resume its obligations after the other side fulfills its obligations, especially the lifting of sanctions.
