Iran's naval exercises with China, Russia will continue

Tehran (IP) - Deputy Commander of the Iranian Navy said on Tuesday that naval exercises would continue with China and Russia.

Iran PressIran news: Rear-Admiral Hamzeh Ali Kaviani announced the holding of joint exercises with the great naval powers based on the capacity of Iran to form alliances with friendly, allied, brotherly, and Islamic countries and added: "The naval capabilities of the Islamic Republic in the field of defense diplomacy in the region are very wide."

Kaviani said: "Iran's navy is powerful and has the ability to establish security in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, the northern Indian Ocean, and wherever Iran has interests."

Detailing the latest status of the Dena destroyer, the Deputy Commander of the Navy said: "Iran-made destroyer will join the Navy soon with new facilities."
