Abu Dhabi (IP) - 42nd anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution celebrated virtually in the UAE and the UAE Minister of Economy, Abdulla Bin Touq, participated as the special guest.

Iran PressMiddle East: Simultaneously with the ceremony, UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE prime minister, the Ruler of Dubai, and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in separate messages congratulated Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on the anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution.

At the ceremony, UAE Minister of Economy, Abdulla Bin Touq, praised the role of Iranian society in the development and progress of the UAE.

In this ceremony, the Head of Iran's political mission in the UAE, Mohammad Hosseini, also mentioned the scientific, economic, and technological achievements of the Islamic Republic in the past four decades despite many problems and sanctions, emphasizing the role of Iranian people in supporting the ideals of the revolution.

He considered these facilities as an important capacity for the development of relations between the two countries.

He described his good meetings with high-ranking Emirati officials as a sign of a positive outlook for the development of relations between the two countries and expressed hope that these relations would see a further expansion.
