Tehran (IP) - Iran’s COV-Pars vaccine of Razi Institute, was unveiled on Feb 7th and is ready to enter the human trials phase.

Iran Press/Iran News: During an unveiling ceremony was held at the health ministry attended by the Health Minister, Saeed Namaki, Agriculture Minister Kazem Khavazi, and Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari, Iran-developed vaccine COV-Pars was introduced.

Parliament member Masoud Pezaeshkian as a speaker emphasized the value of the workforce as the main capital of the country and expressed the parliament’s readiness to support Iranian youth.

Sorena Sattari as another speaker also thanked the health minister for his efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

Referring to Razi Institute as the oldest institute in producing vaccines, Sattari said that Iran can produce vaccines through various methods which is a great achievement.
