Premier League:
Tottenham 0-1 Chelsea: Jorginho penalty extends Tuchel's unbeaten start

Thomas Tuchel claimed a valuable second successive win as Chelsea boss in Thursday’s London derby against Tottenham, who crashed to a third successive defeat under Jose Mourinho.

Iran PressEurope: Jorginho’s powerfully struck first-half penalty was enough to secure capital bragging rights after Eric Dier was penalized for a rash foul on Timo Werner.

While Tuchel’s Chelsea reign now has real lift-off, Spurs continue to flounder and have lost three successive Premier League matches for the first time since November 2012, when Andre Villas-Boas was at the helm.

Victory takes Chelsea above Everton and up to sixth place in the table, two points behind West Ham in fifth and only four behind fourth-placed Liverpool.
