Mashhad (IP) - Iranian woman has produced cultural and educational applications, including "Augmented Reality" and prayer training applications for the first time in the Islamic country.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iran Press News Agency has managed to have interviews with some of the proud women of Iran on the occasion of Women's Week. One of these successful women is Tayebeh Rezvani, a holder of MA in Arts Research, born in Mashhad. She is a university lecturer who started her career about 20 years ago and has been studying and working in the field of graphics during these years.

This successful Iranian woman is the producer of cultural and educational applications, including 'Augmented Reality' and prayer training applications.

Tayebeh Rezvani who also is the winner of the Maryam Mirzakhani Award at the Women and Science Festival in Iran, said that in Iranian culture two important positions in the family and society have been considered for women.

In an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency in Mashhad, Tayebeh Rezvani stated that the pivotal role of women in the family environment as mothers and wives as well as their the enjoyment of social rights have enabled Iranian them to shine in international forums so that they would be a source of pride for themselves as well as Iran.

The successful Iranian woman stated that in the current year, as the first lady coming from Mashhad, she participated in the National Festival of Women and Science and won the Maryam Mirzakhani Award among 219 female social activists.

Tayyebeh Rezvani pointed to the importance of her production, saying:” I have been designing and producing cultural and educational applications for children and adolescents, from about 5 years ago, and these applications are equipped with the latest technology in the world, that is the augmented reality.”

The augmented reality applications are the ones that are installed on a mobile phone and a series of image-dependent softwares that whenever capture the images, play graphic elements including 3D and 2D animations or teasers, the university lecturer said.

The art researcher said that one of the most popular softwares is the video prayer training for 6 to 9 year old girls, which teaches prayer in three dimensions.

Rezvani added that in 2019 the prayer training application succeeded in gaining the second rank in the country in the prayer and cyberspace festival, and in the same year it was recognized as the top software of the International Quran Exhibition.

The successful Iranian woman said that the prayer training software comes with a smart bag that turns into a rug when it is opened and girls can stand on it and pray. An image is placed inside the bag that as soon as the application is placed on the bag, a girl character appears and teaches different parts.

The Iranian teacher and art researcher stated that in 2020, the first thematic game of the gas company that teaches children optimal fuel consumption was made, and also in Nowruz 2018, the first augmented reality application of urban elements was created and implemented.
