Tehran (IP) - Iran's Ministry of Health spokeswoman announced on Tuesday that newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 6,820 cases, and 1,223,197 recovered.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 2, 2021, newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 6,820 cases out of whom 660 patients were hospitalized, Sima Sadat Lari stated.

She noted that in the past 24 hours, 72 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 58,110.

3,865 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition, according to the spokeswoman.

So far, 9,394,967 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across the country, the Health Ministry spokeswoman pointed.

According to the latest analysis, 18 cities are in orange, 124 in yellow, and 306 are in the blue zones.
