Over 1,2 m Iranians recover from COVID-19

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Ministry of Health spokeswoman announced on Monday that 1,424,596 people in the country had been infected with the coronavirus, and 1,216,305 recovered.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 1, 2021, newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 was 6,597 cases out of whom 817 patients were hospitalized, Sima Sadat Lari stated.

She noted that in the past 24 hours, 79 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 58,038.

3,896 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition, according to the spokeswoman.

So far, 9,340,259 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across the country, the Health Ministry spokeswoman pointed.

According to the latest analysis, 18 cities are regarded as orange zones, 124 as yellow, and 306 as blue zones.
