Tehran (IP) - The Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly expressed condolences to his Iraqi counterpart following the terrorist attack in Baghdad, voicing Tehran's support to Baghdad in the fight against terrorism.

Iran PressIran News: Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf sent a message of condolences to his Iraqi counterpart, Mohamed al-Halbousi, following the explosion in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.

"As in the past, the Islamic Republic of Iran will continue to strongly support Iraq in the fight against terrorism," Ghalibaf added.

Two suicide bombers detonated explosive vests in a crowded market in central Baghdad on Thursday morning, killing at least 32 people in the biggest such attack in several years, according to the government. ISIS terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attacks.
