Zahedan (IP) - The missile launcher "Zereh" (armor) joined the southern navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army.

Iran Press/Iran News: "Zereh" (armor) missile launcher joined to the southern navy of Iran’s army on Wednesday in the presence of the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Chief Commander of the Army, and Commander of Iran’s Navy.

"Zereh" (armor) missile launcher, designed and built by Iranian experts, is 47 meters long and 15 meters high and is capable of moving at a speed of 35 knots.

The ship is also equipped with a Ghadir surface-to-surface cruise missile system with a range of 300 km, which allows it to engage submarine targets.

"Zereh" (armor) missile carrier has more advanced communication, eavesdropping, and electronic warfare systems than previous models.

The addition of "Zereh" (armor) missile launcher with high maneuverability and speed to the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran provides the possibility of protecting territorial waters.
