Iran Press/ Iran News: Addressing Iran's other Arab neighbors, Mohammad Javad Zarif added: "Iran is neither an enemy nor a threat. It is enough to blame (others) - especially when your careless supporter is leaving (out of power)."
He added that it was time for them to accept Iran's offer to create a safe zone.
