The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran has congratulated Qatar on its success in resisting pressure and extortion from the Saudi-led coalition.

Iran PressIran News: Addressing Iran's other Arab neighbors, Mohammad Javad Zarif added: "Iran is neither an enemy nor a threat. It is enough to blame (others) - especially when your careless supporter is leaving (out of power)."

He added that it was time for them to accept Iran's offer to create a safe zone.

Saudi Arabia, along with other Arab countries, recently opened its land and air borders to Qatar.
