Iran Press/ Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to December 29, 2020, newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 was 6,108 cases out of whom 815 patients were hospitalized, Sima Sadat Lari stated.
She noted that in the past 24 hours, 132 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 54,946.
5,128 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition, according to the spokeswoman.
So far, 7,513,534 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across the country, the Health Ministry spokeswoman pointed out.
Currently, 108 cities are in the orange zone, and 340 counties are in the yellow zone, Lari said.
