Islamabad (IP) – Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan, H.E. Reza Amiri Moghadam, in Islamabad to discuss bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation across various sectors, focusing on enhancing existing ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration.

Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam appreciated Pakistan's constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability, acknowledging the country's diplomatic efforts. He expressed gratitude to the government and people of Pakistan for their continued support in fostering peaceful engagement.

Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik welcomed the ambassador's remarks and reiterated Pakistan's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Iran. He emphasized the importance of continued cooperation to ensure peace, stability, and mutual development in the region.
