Co-op between Kerman and Indonesia discussed

Kerman (IP) - A meeting to discuss the cooperation between Kerman province and Indonesia was held virtually.

Iran PressIran News: Ronny Prasetyo Yuliantoro, Indonesia's ambassador to Iran, said in a virtual meeting on Saturday to discuss the areas of cooperation between Kerman and Indonesia: "Extensive trade relations and cooperation between Kerman and Indonesia economic actors will increase due to the opportunities available on both sides."

Emphasizing that the Indonesian pays special attention to the economy, the Indonesian ambassador added: "For this reason, there are outstanding incentives for exporters and importers of Indonesian needs."

Ronny Prasetyo Yuliantoro pointed out: Indonesia needs to import pistachios, which can be imported from Kerman.

Mohammad Azad, Iran's ambassador to Indonesia, referring to the development of relations between the two countries on the 70th anniversary of economic relations, said: "Iran's trade volume with Indonesia in 2020 has reached more than one billion dollars."

Azad added: Kerman in Iran and Java in Indonesia can sign sister city and expand relations due to many cooperation fields.
