Tehran (IP) - Iran's Interior Minister stressed that as long as cyberspace is a place to damage the economy, the police must fight it in cooperation with other organizations.

Iran PressIran News: On the sidelines of gov't Economic Coordination Headquarters, the Minister said that according to the police's report, the channels in the apps are involved in fraud, money laundering, smuggling, so all organizations with police cooperation are obliged to fight with them.

All organizations have to provide the necessary responses to prevent distortion, Abdolreza Rahmani- Fazli highlighted. 

Referring to next year's budget review in parliament, he expressed hope that the parliament evaluates the next year's budget under experts' precise consideration.

"The Budget and Plan organization must increase people's awareness and not let anyone distort the truth," Rahmani-Fazli noted.

"To prevent distortion of news, especially foreign ones, instructions have been given to the organizations to follow," he outlined.

Fortunately, there is no problem in the agricultural field and producing basic goods because the products have been planned, and we will have no price hike, the minister stated. 

The Economic Information Coordination Headquarters meeting was held at the Interior Ministry with the Interior Minister's participation and other figures in the evening on Monday.
