Tehran (IP) - Iran’s Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli said that Iran’s economic activities have had a positive trend despite problems in the country and oppressive sanctions.

Iran PressIran News: The global recession, oppressive sanctions, and coronavirus are three factors that directly affect the country's economy, Rahmani-Fazli said Monday.

Referring to imposed sanctions on Iran, he said that the people and officials have resisted for more than two years against the oppressive sanctions that have targeted the country's economic and trade activities.

Regarding the border clashes between two neighbouring countries of Azerbaijan and Armenia and the endangerment of the country's border security, he stressed that Iran’s national security is a red-line, and the armed forces are always controlling the borders.

He advised the neighbouring countries not to make borders insecure and solve problems by negotiating and abiding by international laws.
