Iran Press/Iran news: In the open session of the Parliament, Representative of Tabriz in the Islamic Consultative Assembly Mohammad-Reza Mir Taj al-Dini said the Iranian nation is united; because it has culture and roots.

"We declare that these divisive words of Erdogan are condemned," he stated.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan traveled to Baku to attend a military parade of Azerbaijani forces on the occasion of the end of the occupation of the Nagorno-Karabakh region, reciting verses from a separatist poem about the Aras River on the Iranian-Azerbaijani border against the territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Today's (Sunday) open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly began chaired by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.

A bill to amend some articles of the Presidential Election Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran is on the agenda.
