Tehran (IP) - Iran’s Minister of Science, Research and Technology in a message to the Second International Conference on Joint Heritage of Iran and India, stressed that Iran and India are the inheritors of ancient and great civilizations with deep roots in the South and West Asia.

Iran PressIran News: The second international conference on the joint heritage of Iran and India, Dara Shikoh's philosophy (founder of comparative mysticism) and the development of the discourse of religious academic studies, was held online on Saturday at Tehran University.

Mansour Gholami, Minister of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, sent a message to the conference, stating: "Dara Shikoh's philosophy is a symbol of peace and security without violence in the world."

The message goes on to say: The existence of a wide range of books, in various scientific fields in Persian in Indian libraries, reflects the old and effective experience of scientific interactions between the two civilizations.

Gholami emphasized in this message: This conference is a reminder of the historical and cultural, literary and religious commonalities of Iran and India.
