Tehran (IP) - In a phone conversation, the foreign ministers of Iran and Croatia discussed the JCPOA and bilateral and international issues.

Iran PressEurope: In the conversation with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif, Croatia's Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić-Radman sympathized with the Iranian nation and government over the assassination of the nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh. 

Bilateral relations, regional and international issues, and the Iran nuclear deal 2015, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), were among the other topics discussed in the phone call initiated by the Croatian side.

The Croatian Foreign Ministry had previously issued a statement condemning the terrorist act that led to the martyrdom of Dr. Fakhrizadeh, expressing condolences on behalf of the Croatian government and people to the Iranian government and nation.
