Moscow (IP) - Iran's ambassador to Russia and the chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the State Duma of Russia exchanged views on expanding cooperation between the two countries.

Iran Press/Europe: Iranian Ambassador to Moscow Kazem Jalali and the Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the State Duma of Russia Leonid Slutsky on Friday discussed bilateral relations, especially in the political, economic, and parliamentary relations, COVID-19 outbreak, as well as regional and international developments, including cooperation between the two countries in the framework of international forums such as the General Assembly and the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

Jalali and Slutsky also stressed the need to use the capacity of the two countries' parliaments to strengthen relations between the two countries in all areas.
