Tehran (IP) - The spokesman for Iran's customs said the value of Iran's trade with the African continent in the past seven months worth 180,432,161 US$.

Iran PressIran news: The Spokesman for the Iranian Customs Ruhollah Latifi said on Tuesday that the Islamic Republic of Iran has traded with 27 African countries in the past seven months, adding: "This volume of trading despite harsh US sanctions and amidst the global outbreak of the Coronavirus.

 With 54 countries, Africa is the second largest continent in the world, with a population of 1.3 billion compared to the global average, and therefore is one of the world's potential future markets.
