Tehran (IP) - The Director-General of the Arab and African Office of the Trade Promotion Organization announced that Iran exported more than $ 8 billion worth of goods to neighboring countries from March 20 to September 21.

Iran Press/Iran news: "According to statistics, in the first six months of the current lunar year (from March 20 to September 21), Iran exported 46 million and 318 thousand tons of goods worth $ 13 billion and 566 million to other countries, of which $ 12 billion and 799 million, or about 94%, went to 20 target countries.," said Farzad Piltan.

Piltan stated that out of the total exports of Iran, 8.16 billion dollars have been made to the neighboring country, adding that Iraq and the UAE are in the first and second place and Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, Russia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar is in the next ranks.
