Shiraz (IP) - The historical Dar al-Salam Cemetery in Shiraz, known as Wadi al-Salam, is one of the oldest monasteries in Iran, located in Shiraz city, the capital of Fars province, southern Iran.

It has a special cultural, artistic, historical, and religious richness and is a document of national honor.

The historical cemetery houses a collection of mystics, scholars, and thinkers of historical periods (from the early centuries of Islam to the present day).

The stones in the cemetery, the type of literature used on these stones, the type of carvings, and the characters buried in this ancient cemetery, are the Historical-Islamic document and scientific identity of Iran in different centuries.
