Japan Paralym Art World Cup

Iranian lady won second place in Japan's Paralym Art World Cup 2020.

Iran PressIran news: Mehrnaz Bahrami, a disabled Iranian woman, was selected as the second person of the Paralym Art World Cup 2020 of Japan by presenting a work entitled "Peace Within".

Three works by other disabled Iranian artists attracted the opinion of the judges and won awards.

The cultural counselor of Iran's Embassy in Japan also selected work by a Japanese artist with disabilities entitled "Linking Wishes" and presented him with Iranian handicrafts and a collection of magazines and books in Japanese.

Japan's Paralym Art World Cup 2020 was held in Tokyo with artists from 33 countries on the theme of "peace" in compliance with health protocols.

The 400 works accepted in this festival included colored pencils, acrylic paints, watercolors, oil paints, paper crafts, woodblock printing (Ajrak), calligraphy, and hand-embroidery flowers.
