Iranian film 'The Badger' shined in US, Bankok festivals

The Iranian film 'The Badger' won the awards for best film at the US' Berkeley and Thailand's Bangkok Thai film festival.

Iran PressAmerica: 'The Badger', directed by Kazem Mollaie, won the best foreign-language film and audience awards at the 29th Berkeley Film Festival.

The Iranian film was screened last week in the competition section of the 6th Bangkok Thai Film Festival and received the award for the best film.

'The Badger' is the story of a woman who faces a difficult challenge in her personal life before remarrying.

The film also recently won the best feature film at the US 27th Austin Film Festival.
