Tehran (IP) - Twitter, in coordination with the Saudi regime, has blocked the account of Hassan Irloo, the new ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Yemen.

Iran Press/Middle East: On Sunday, the new ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Yemen, Hassan Irloo stated in a message that he had no illegal activities or comments on this social network and that Twitter officials did so under pressure from the Saudi lobby.

The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Yemen activated his new account after his account was blocked by Twitter messenger.

"The Iranian foreign ministry condemns the assassination of the martyred Yemeni Minister of Sports and Youth Hassan Zaid and we will cooperate with the Yemeni government to promote security, peace and eradicate terrorism," Irloo wrote in another message.

The Minister of Sports and Youth of the Yemeni National Salvation Government, Hassan Zaid, was assassinated last Tuesday by unidentified gunmen.
