Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan, advisor to the leader of the Islamic Revolution on defense affairs

Tehran (IP) - The advisor to the leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on defense affairs blamed the French president for the recent events in France.

Iran PressIran News: Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan, advisor to the leader of the Islamic Revolution on defense affairs, tweeted in French on Friday that the main culprit of events in France has been President Emmanuel Macron.

He added that no Muslim uses violent ways to express his/her opinion.

Brigadier General Dehghan highlighted that a terrorist act is not just killing citizens, but insulting the merciful Prophet of Islam. 

"Macron must apologize immediately because there is no double standard in freedom," he noted.

French President Emmanuel Macron has accused Muslims of separatism and vowed not to give up cartoons depicting Prophet Mohammad.
