Iran Press/Iran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the reform of Iran's whole budget structure, Mohammad Bagher Nobakht Haghighi stated that "Budget structure reform consists of 4 bases, the first one is resources and the next is related to expenditures. The third base of the budget is related to stabilization and the administration of justice until the budget is stable."
Explaining how these four bases can be implemented to improve the overall budget structure of the country, Mohammad Bagher Nobakht Haghighi said that in the past, most of the country's total budget resources were focused on oil, but by reforming the budget structure, this significant share will be compensated by receiving taxes.
On the sidelines of the cabinet session, Vice President and Head of Plan and Budget Organization outlined the fourth base which is the budgeting process and system, and various institutions such as the government, parliament, and even the Judiciary System that is effective in discussing the budget.
The government has properties and assets that can be used in the form of budgets, said the Vice President and Head of Plan and Budget Organization Mohammad Bagher Nobakht Haghighi.
