Iran Press/ Iran News: Sayyed Ebrahim Raisi said on Monday that insulting the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) in France is insulting the beliefs of all Abrahamic religions.
Raisi added: “When someone does something wrong that is pursued and dealt with by the government, it is very different from acting against all the Abrahamic religions, and the French government also supports this hideous act."
The chief of Iran's judiciary has stated that what has been done in France in this regard is against human rights.
Calls to boycott French goods are growing around the world after President Emmanuel Macron's comments against Islam and Muslims.
Macron on Wednesday accused Muslims of separatism and vowed not to give up cartoons depicting Prophet Muhammed.
