Iran Press/Iran news: This year, more than 1.15 billion tomato seedlings have been produced in Bushehr greenhouses, most of them belonging to Dashti County.
There are more than 150 greenhouse units in Dashti County of Bushehr Province, which are mostly engaged in the production of tomato and its seedlings.
The most important product of Bushehr Province is tomato, which is grown out of season in more than 11,000 hectares of farms and more than 400 hectares of greenhouses.
Bushehr Province, with an annual production of 560,000 tons of tomatoes, is the first out-of-season tomato producer in Iran.
