Iran, Pakistan stress parliamentary relations development

Islamabad (IP) - The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan and the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of Pakistan Senate stressed the need to develop parliamentary cooperation.

Iran PressAsia: The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan, Mohammad Ali Hosseini, met with Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of Pakistan Senate, to discuss the latest developments in bilateral relations and cooperation.

Hosseini announced the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to increase parliamentary cooperation with the friendly and brotherly country of Pakistan and invited the Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan to visit Iran.

Expressing satisfaction with the friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries, the two sides discussed the need to increase parliamentary and regional cooperation between Iran and Pakistan.
