A member of Yemen's Supreme Political Council blamed the US government for the Saudi coalition's crimes in Yemen.

Iran PressMiddle East: On the fourth anniversary of the October 8 crime in Sanaa in 2016 which left 155 killed and 525 injured, Mohammad Ali al-Houthi called the United States one of the direct perpetrators of the massacre.

He said the US government has been responsible for the crime and other crimes since the Saudi regime's coalition aggression on Yemen, providing the regimes with arms and logistical support.

The Yemeni official said some Saudi media outlets are reporting about paying damages to the victims' families and stressed that the victims of the crime are many, and obtaining the consent of a few does not mean that the Saudi government can cover up its crime with money.
