Iran Press/ Middle East: In an interview with the German weekly Der Spiegel on Tuesday, Mohammad Ali al-Houthi said the US uses the word 'terrorist' whenever it wants to kill civilians and suppress nations that oppose its policies.
Pointing to the Saudi regime's attack on Yemen, al-Houthi stressed that the Saudis and the US have crossed all the red lines in their war on Yemen, targeting all vital facilities and civilians by prohibited arms and using the siege of Yemen as a weapon.
Al-Houthi responded to the US' claim that Iran provided missile and drone assistance to Yemen, noting that the claim contradicts Yemen's siege because the Saudi coalition has repeatedly stated that Yemen is under siege.
Announcing Yemen's readiness to stop the war in case of a comprehensive solution, the head of the Yemeni Revolution Supreme Council mentioned looting the Persian Gulf states' money and efforts to appoint the US and Saudi-backed puppets in Yemen as the reasons for the continuation of war by the US and Saudi regimes.
