Iran Press/ Europe: Grossi said in an interview with Der Spiegel that the IAEA has such a vast inspection regime for Iran, adding: "We carried out more than 400 inspections in Iran last year."
"Our teams are always there, 365 days a year," said the UN nuclear chief.
Referring to the 2015 Iran Nuclear Deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), he said: "It is very much alive for the countries that are adhering to it. Germany, France, Britain, Russia, China, and Iran have made clear that they find the agreement enormously important.
"Iran is complaining of misconduct on the part of the other side," he added.
The UN nuclear watchdog has inspected the second of two suspected former atomic sites in Iran, as agreed with Tehran last month, the agency said on Wednesday (Sep 30).
Iran had voluntarily granted the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) access to two sites specified by the UN nuclear agency.
"As part of an agreement with Iran to resolve safeguards implementation issues specified by the IAEA, the Agency this week conducted complimentary access at the second location in the country and took environmental samples," the IAEA said in a statement.
