Iran Press/Iran News: In a message released on the occasion of Sacred Defence Week, on Tuesday Iran's President Hassan Rouhani emphasized that Sacred Defence Week is a reminder of the determination, freedom, and self-sacrifice of a nation that with faith and love have been able to resist the invasion and conspiracies of the enemies of Islam and Iran for years and celebrate their glorious victory.
Hassan Rouhani in a message read on Tuesday by the Vice President and Head of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation at the tomb of Lt.General Haj Qasem Soleimani, said that the 40th anniversary of the holy defense era serves an opportunity to rethink the teachings of holy defense, the struggle of the martyrs, the sacrifice of the veterans and the strength of the free-minded men who sacrificed their most precious lives to show the world the legitimacy of Islam and the revolution and their love for Iran.
